This seems like a wonderful tool - thank you for releasing it and for the web demo!
In the license it says that sprites can’t be used in open source projects. Is it ok to use the sprites in a project for something like a game jam where the code is released but the assets are not under an open source-style license?
It’s of course ok if the answer is no! I want to make sure I follow the intent of your license either way.
You're free to use the assets in any project where the user doesn't have access to the sprites, so this includes game jams as well, as long as you only provide the code, not the sprites. The user just can't access the sprites for use in other projects, in this case, they'll need to purchase the tool.
I agree if you are Brazilian :), because our currency is very undervalued. But, considering the number of different characters you can create and that the next updates will be free, I believe it is a fair price. I would really like to release all my assets completely free, in fact my goal is to do so when I am earning at least $500.00/month, so I can pay my expenses, but I am still a little far from reaching that. Besides, I still need to share the profits with the platforms and the government.
But if you think it is not worth it, don't worry, I am trying to find the best way to form partnerships to offer discount coupons, and there are also special dates when you can get even more discounts.

Makes sense - thank you for answering so quickly!
One of the best tool ever made but wish it was a little bit cheap...
Hehe...
Thank You very much!

What's your email, I'll gift you this as I have some extra here.
😂
Why laugh though, genuinely wanting to gift it as I've purchased it as well.
When pressing gift in itch, it asks for an email to be gifted to.
Sorry, I thought you were making fun of me because of my comment. Now I see that the gift is for Saminoob.
Thank you very much for your purchase and for your support!
